Rhyl Cycling Club – Sunday club run 29/1/2012. Around the Great Orme.

Sunday club runs have rapidly become the highlight of the week for me. There’s an almost  meditative, psychologically therapeutic quality about spending a good few hours on the bike. It’s certainly not just a physical thing.

Anyway, before I get all heavy (man), here’s the route we did today.

My first 100K of the year, and it felt great.

Here’s a couple of pictures of the lads taken in the wonderful and very aptly named “Rest and be thankful” café, on the Great Orme. Well worth a visit.
