The Garmin Edge 510 is a pretty awesome device, if you’re into bikey GPS thingies. And now it’s just dropped in price. Quick!
It uses ordinary GPS and the GLONASS satellites for much faster satellite acquisition and improved signal lock, compared to all the other Edge models (yes, even the 810 doesn’t use GLONASS).
THE cheapest Garmin edge 510 I’ve ever seen!
Amazon have just dropped the price to their lowest ever, just £190. If the link shows a higher price, then sorry, you missed it. (But sign up for alerts here)
This offer is for the main GPS unit itself and does NOT include the performance bundle (heart rate and cadence monitors)
Checking around, this is £20 cheaper than Wiggle, and £35 cheaper than Chain Reaction Cycles.
The RRP is £249.99, so it’s a saving of nearly £60.

I only publish “sales” posts like this when it’s an extra special offer that would help out my readers. This is the cheapest the Garmin Edge 510 has ever been on Amazon, so it’s kind of a special occasion!

I’ve updated the following section to reflect prices on the newer Edge 520.
Not quite the cheapest ever. Myself and a colleague bought ours in the middle of October for £179.95. Seller was OutdoorHero on Via Amazon.
