Here’s some ways to support me (thanks in advance, you’re awesome!)
1. Use my affiliate links
When you buy your bike stuff, do it through these links You won’t pay any more than you would usually, but the retailers will pay me a small commission (usually between 3 and 5% of the sale value). Every little helps!
Or pick from these awesome retailers. They’re not cycling related but I use them all the time :
Ebuyer – my first port of call when I need computer bits or accessories. Massive choice, the best prices and phenomenal service. Tip: they usually deliver next day even if you choose the free option that’s supposed to take longer.
Giffgaff – fantastic way to save money on your mobile phone. If you already have a handset, switch to giffgaff with a SIM only deal, and slash your monthly costs.
2. Donate via Paypal
If you’re feeling generous, this is a great way to help the site. I always email to say thanks! I haven’t set a minimum amount or anything, because I’m just grateful for whatever people might want to donate. It all helps to motivate me to want to create even more useful content for you, the readers :-)
3. Tell your friends about ScarletFire
If you found something useful here, do me a favour and tell all your friends about it All the posts have share buttons embedded, so it’s really easy to share to facebook or tweet about it on twitter. In fact, that’s another great way to help me out – follow ScarletFireBike on Twitter, and Like the ScarletFire facebook page.
4. Join my Newsletter list.
I don’t send out tons of email to annoy people. Far from it, I only send out mail when I think I’ve got something to say that will be useful to you.
5. Buy some cool cycling gifts from Zazzle
There are some really amazing and unique items to be found on Zazzle. Not just the usual, run of the mill stuff, but some nice arty items. Here’s a random screenshot to give you an idea. Take a look, there’s bound to be something you like, and a percentage of the sale goes to us. So thanks :-)
