Another Sunday club run, and I managed to remember to hit the record button for a couple of nice descents.
The main descent begins here and follows the narrow road down to Cyffylliog (pronounced Cuff-uh-llee-og. I’m unsure how to write the double ‘l’ sound phonetically… google tells me it’s a “voiceless bilateral fricative”.
Anyway, it’s a lovely place!

From there, our well oiled train ran hard and fast down to Bontuchel, and then the second descent in the video, into the town of Ruthin.
North Wales is a spectacular place to ride, and not just for road cycling. There’s a wealth of mountain bike goodness to be had too. The RideNorthWales site gives loads of great info.

Great run!!
Thanks very much!
