So many people I know think it’s great that I’m fit and active these days. They’re full of admiration and praise.
Quite a few make noises about getting in shape themselves. They’ll do it “one of these days”, and definitely “sooner or later”.
But the weeks tick by and nothing changes.
Excuses abound. There’s always a distraction, some other priority, some external reason that’s beyond their control. It’s not their fault. Poor them.
Here’s the bottom line.
The only thing stopping you is YOU.
(So stop making excuses and go for it. You can do it.)
