BTW, I personally recommend getting a box of the ZV7 gels (the blackcurrant ones are my favourite). On a long ride when you’re starting to feel a bit worn out, just pop one of these gels and you’ll be good to go again!
(A word of warning though, your taste buds might be different from mine but personally, I would avoid the caffeine versions of these gels. I tried some and honestly did not enjoy them).
