Most retailers are listing the item at the full RRP, hoping to cash in on those early adopters with deep pockets. But for the more frugal amongst us, thank goodness for promotional offers! Normally, a 10% discount might not arouse much excitement, but given the price of this new Garmin, 10% is quite a lot of money! You can buy the Edge 1000 as a head unit on its own, RRP £439. Ten percent off = £395.99 The performance version, with the cadence and HR monitor included, plus an “out-front” mount, retails at £499. Ten percent off = £449.99
